Heather's family history is entwined with textiles; weavers, sheep farmers & a court dressmaker, she has fibres her bloodstream.
She graduated in 1988 with a Hons.Degree in fine art & embroidery.
Inspired by all things beautiful, recent work shows the inspiration of the landscapes around her home in North Molton, Devon.
Heather offers lectures on her work and a series of workshops. These include machine applique techniques to create embroideries based on flowers & landscapes. She can tailor-make a course to suit your needs and experience.
