When you place an order with Heather Everitt Embroidery it will be assumed that you have read, understood and agreed to these terms and conditions.

The use of this website and its terms and conditions are subject to English law and the jurisdiction of the English courts. Once payment has cleared, Heather Everitt Embroidery will dispatch your goods in accordance with our delivery conditions.

Heather Everitt Embroidery reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions. The terms that apply will be those on display at the time of purchase.

Postage & Packing.

Costs in the UK are listed alongside the items on sale. Orders will be sent First Class using Royal Mail. Please email for other delivery choices. Postage will be added to your order at the checkout.

If you are ordering from outside the UK please email for costs.

Heather Everitt Embroidery cannot be held responsible for late or non-delivery caused by the postal system use, or for any reason beyond our control.

Damages

Please check your goods when they arrive, any damages or shortfalls need to be made within two working days of their receipt.

Returns

Goods deemed faulty will be replaced or refunded along with return postage. It is your responsibility to ensure goods are returned with original packaging and adequate postage.

Colour and Production.

All our items are handmade and unique. Some items use vintage or old materials. Colours and shades may vary due to differences in settings on monitors, printers or software. Please read descriptions and email any questions before you buy.
